Lisa is an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse and Clinical Nursing Manager, having worked in general practice, a referral hospital, and an out‑of‑hours emergency and critical care provider. She brings a consistently kind and caring approach to all patients under her care, advocating for their needs.

She holds recognised qualifications, including certificates in Anaesthesia and Emergency and Critical Care, demonstrating her strong commitment to ongoing professional development.

Highly skilled and knowledgeable, Lisa works closely with veterinary surgeons in the support of critical patients, including within the operating theatre. She also performs Schedule 3 procedures—such as wound suturing—under the direction of a veterinary surgeon. Obtaining diagnostic X‑ray images, for the vet's interpretation.

Providing nursing support to New Start Cat Rescue, a charity close to Leadon Vales heart.

A strong advocate for effective nurse utilisation, Lisa serves as a clinical supervisor, providing training and mentorship to student veterinary nurses. As Clinical Nursing Manager, she leads the nursing team by example and upholds the high standards of nursing care within Leadon Vale.
