Lauren Smith

Student Veterinary Nurse

Lauren began working here in a Saturday morning role. Whilst doing so she was attending Hartpury gaining her Level 3 Certificate in Animal Management, after previously passing her Level 2 Animal Care qualification.

Lauren gained lots of experience handling, caring for and grooming a variety of species; ranging from reptiles to small furies whilst at Hartpury.  Lauren is currently studying for her Patient Care Assistant qualification, before she begins her veterinary nursing studies.  She is hoping to become a student veterinary nurse in 2022 on her journey to become an RVN. 

In her free time Lauren enjoys walking her dog and spending time with her family.  She also loves horse riding and anything horse related!
