Kim is a very experienced veterinary client care advisor who has achieved all three Bronze, Silver, and Gold British Veterinary Receptionist Association (BVRA) Awards. These qualifications focus on excellence in client communication, customer service, and the delivery of high‑quality, compassionate support to pet owners.

Kim plays a key role in the smooth running of the practice. In her role, she manages the appointment diary, greets clients on arrival, oversees a wide range of administrative responsibilities, and provides support with enquiries both in person and over the telephone. Her friendly and professional approach helps create a welcoming environment for clients and ensures their experience at the practice is consistently positive.
