Veterinary surgeon Laura brings a kind, calm, and compassionate approach to every patient and their concerned owners. Laura has been with Leadon Vale for 15 months and enjoys all aspects of her role as a recently qualified veterinary surgeon.
She has a strong interest in shelter medicine and regularly supports New Start Cat Rescue, a charity close to the practice’s heart. In practice, Laura can often be found in consultations or the operating theatre, carrying out routine procedures including spays, castrates, mass removals, and dental work. Also assisting in laparoscopic (keyhole) spay procedures.
Laura has a growing interest in imaging and laboratory diagnostics and is frequently seen reviewing samples under the microscope.
