Ruth is a highly experienced veterinary client care advisor who plays a vital role in the smooth running of the practice. In her position, she manages the appointment diary, welcomes clients on arrival, oversees a wide range of administrative responsibilities, and provides support with enquiries both in person and over the telephone.

She is also an experienced and qualified Registered Animal Medicines Advisor (RAMA), enabling her to dispense certain animal medications—including parasite‑prevention treatments—while ensuring clients receive safe, accurate, and well‑informed guidance when collecting their pets’ medications.

In addition, Ruth oversees the daily operation of the pharmacy, managing the ordering, stocking, and organisation of all medications used within the practice.
