Immy began her career with Leadon Vale in 2023, initially working on Saturday mornings as a helping hand. She later progressed into the role of Patient Care Assistant before beginning her Student Veterinary Nurse training in 2025.

Immy brings a very kind and caring approach to every patient in her care. She particularly enjoys inpatient nursing and has a special affinity for caring for neonates. During her time at the practice, Immy took a very young, abandoned, and critically ill puppy into her care, nursing her around the clock. Thanks to Immy’s dedication and commitment, the puppy survived against the odds and is now thriving in her forever home.

Immy is enjoying her studies and has recently begun monitoring anaesthesia and carrying out nurse consultations as she continues to develop her clinical skills. Immy has recently developed a growing appreciation for diagnostic imaging and is building a stronger understanding of X‑rays.

Immy attends Abbeydale Vet Nurse Training college one day a week, studying and working hard towards her qualification.
