Helen began her career at Leadon Vale over twenty years ago as a receptionist before progressing into the role of Practice Manager. Helen’s cheerful nature and readiness to help make her a highly valued member of the team.

With a wealth of experience, Helen ensures the smooth day‑to‑day running of the practice. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of health and safety, making sure the entire team works in a safe and well‑managed environment.

Another key part of her role includes processing patients’ insurance claims, supporting clients through what can often be a complex and stressful process.
