Client Care Advisor / Student Registered Animal Medicines Advisor

Amelia is a dedicated client care advisor who plays an important role in the smooth daily running of the practice. She manages the appointment diary, greets clients on arrival, supports a wide range of administrative tasks, and provides assistance with enquiries both face to face and over the telephone. Her friendly and approachable manner ensures every client has a positive experience.

Amelia is currently studying to become a Registered Animal Medicines Advisor, a qualification she has previously held in large animals and equine. Once completed, this will allow her to advise on and prescribe parasite‑prevention medications, further enhancing the support she can provide to clients and their pets.
